Why Counselling

According to Venkat, “Career Counselling is essentially a bottom-up approach where students need to be guided to know more about their true calling through research and in order to make informed decisions on the basis of the derived understanding.”

He hopes to be a catalyst in the lives of students to catapult them to greater career success. He hopes to create opportunities to students and also impart as well as enhance their skills through which they can transform their lives for the better. He stresses the need of having enough opportunities for students so that they can find their best-fit course and career matches in their pursuit of a higher education.

He aims to create a dedicated college and career counselling unit within his organization which will help them narrow down their choices in India as well as globally. Through this, he hopes to bridge the gap of traditionalist mindset where parents just look at engineering and medicine as careers to careers like design, liberal arts, economics and many more such diverse choices which are equally rewarding.
